Here at Arkansas REM, we’re an open book. If you have a question for us, you’re likely to find a quick answer in the FAQ section below. If there’s something that’s not addressed, get in touch. No question is too obscure!

Where are you based out of?

We have 2 offices! The first is in Conway, Arkansas, and the other is in Pea Ridge, Arkansas. We love serving Central and Northwest Arkansas!

Do you charge per square footage?

In an effort to simplify things, we charge by the amount of photos.

What do I need to do to prepare for a shoot?

We kindly request you or your seller to do 4 things: Pull cars out of the driveway, turn on all of the lights, turn all off all of the ceiling fans, and open up all the blinds!

Will you help move things to clear the area for a shot?

Of course! We usually spend the first 5-10 minutes of the appointment straightening things up. It is our job to help you market the listing to the best of our ability. Whether this be straightening  pillows on a couch, switching clutter from one room to another, or moving a large obstacle, we are up for it! No charge for this, either!

How do I schedule an appointment?

We use an online ordering service! You select services, schedule, pay, and download all in one hub. Click the “order now” button to schedule your listing media!

What is the turnaround time?

Less than 24 hours for all photo services, next day for all video services! We make things happen quickly over here!

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Have the person you referred type in your code for $50 off your next order. These are stackable rewards! Referrals are at the core of Arkansas REM.
